Who’s winning in the undying legal melee that is The Kardashians vs. Blac Chyna? It depends on who you ask!
In a statement posted on Twitter Wednesday, Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom claimed the court had “REJECTED the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit” despite the family filing “numerous motions” to have the case thrown out.
Just to clarify, this was the lawsuit Chyna filed against the K-Dash Klan last October, alleging that they slut shamed her and plotted to kill her “hit show,” Rob & Chyna.

According to Bloom, the court “struck only portions of six paragraphs out of a 317 paragraph complaint” while letting “all of Chyna’s legal claims stay in.” This means Dream Kardashian‘s momma will “be permitted to have her day in court” against ex Rob Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner.
While this definitely sounds like a win for team Chyna, the Kardashians’ attorney said Bloom’s tweet was “not an accurate statement” of what actually went down in court.
Shawn Holley told ET that the Kardashians have “successfully chipped away” at the Instagram vixen’s allegations over the past year while the Bloom Firm has continuously failed to support the claims “with actual evidence,” saying in a statement:
“The Bloom Firm’s tweet is not an accurate statement of what happened in court today. In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in today’s hearing —a hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence.”
As we reported, the model is trying to end all her lawsuits against her former almost in-laws at once in a “global settlement.” In the suit, she also alleged that Rob verbally and physically assaulted her when they were together.
The former sock mogul denied the allegations and recently filed a lawsuit against his baby momma to reverse child support, saying Chyna’s abuse claims left him too traumatized to film any KUWTK episodes, therefore making him broke.
Bloom added in her tweet that she and Chyna are looking forward to “getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial.” Gloves on!
