Lori Loughlin pleads not guilty in college admissions scandal

Felicity went on to dispute any speculation about her daughter’s knowledge of the scam.

She said: ‘My daughter knew absolutely nothing wrong about my actions, and in my misguided and profoundly wrong way, I have betrayed her.

‘This transgression toward her and the public I will carry for the rest of my life.

‘My desire to help my daughter is no excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty.’

The release of her Netflix film Otherhood, due out this month, has since been moved.

Sentencing is yet to take place and the maximum is said to carry 20 years in prison.
