Aldi is launching this £5.99 version of Urban Decay Naked palette

Aldi is the king of beauty dupes, having already been ‘inspired’ by everyone from Jo Malone to La Prairie . Now the supermarket about to launch its own version of the most iconic, blogged-about eyeshadow palette ever – Urban Decay Naked – for just £5.99. That’s 84% cheaper than the designer version that sells for £39.50, a saving of over £33.

For extra bare-faced cheek, the Lacura versions are called Naturals and Naturals Two… both of which have shades that appear to closely resemble Urban Decay’s Naked and Naked Two palettes.

It’s easy to see why Aldi is so keen to dupe Urban Decay’s blockbuster designer palettes. A Naked palette is sold every 90 seconds in the UK, and it’s the most searched for premium palette on Google. When Urban Decay launched the Naked Smoky palette, it sold out worldwide in under two weeks.

If previous Aldi dupes are anything to go by, the supermarket copycat version is likely to fly off the shelves too. It’s being launched on Special Buy so shoppers will need to snap it up quickly before it’s gone.

Each palette has 12 shimmer, matte and satin eyeshadows in a range of neutral shades designed to flatter every skin tone. Just like the posh version, the palettes come with a double-ended brush and mirror for easy application.
