Bethenny Frankel renting out Hamptons mansion for $150K per month

Skinnygirl mogul and “Real Housewives of New York” stalwart Bethenny Frankel has put her newly renovated Bridgehampton, NY, house on the rental market for $150,000 per month.

The reality TV star purchased the property, known as the “Morning Glory” house, last year for just over $2 million. She then gave the place a cool, modern makeover. With the Hamptons high season ready to kick off, the home is available fully furnished for a fabulous summer getaway at the beach.

Built in 1910, the 4,000-square-foot home was once used as a bed-and-breakfast. It has seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The interiors are traditional and feature dark hardwood floors, a handcarved staircase and plenty of natural light throughout.

The exterior is also designed for entertaining with a large lawn, pool and bluestone patios. The home, which is on a half-acre in the heart of Bridgehampton, has easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and more.

Frankel also owns another home in the Hamptons, which she purchased in 2013, according to the Observer.

Since she first came onto the scene as a scrappy up-and-comer on “RHONY,” Frankel has transformed herself into a full-fledged real estate mogul. She recently showed off her renovated Soho loft in Architectural Digest and flipped a Flatiron condo with her fellow Bravo star and real estate agent Fredrik Eklund.

Over the years Frankel has developed a keen eye for real estate. The Morning Glory home is someone’s chance to snap up a home with a “Real Housewives” pedigree for the summer months. For $150,000 a month, Frankel might even pay you a visit and sip a Skinnygirl margarita on the porch while dishing dirt about her fellow cast members. We can dream!
