Today, Carol Vorderman took to her Instagram page to show how her weight training had been going.
The 61-year-old appeared to have good stamina as she pushed and lifted heavy weights at a personal training session in Bristol.
The former Countdown host made squats look easy in the video as she smiled her way through.
Carol shared a clip of her workout motives on her Instagram page to an audience of 270,000 followers.
She wrote: “Starting to build [my] upper body again after a bad rotator cuff thing.
“Never been able to do a press up in my life (still doing them on knees for that one but I’ll master it)!
“Life is gooooooodddd. Get such a buzz from working out.”(sic)
In another video, Carol said she was “really enjoying” her weight session.
She then cheekily put her leg up to the camera and said: “Look at that a**e baby”.
