Caroline Flack’s relationship with Andrew Brady has been far from perfect, but pals say there’s a reason she won’t call it off for good.
The pair recently rekindled their romance after Caroline, 38, called off their engagement following a six-month romance.
Last week they had a blazing row in public at an East London restaurant.
Caroline is said to be "in utter shock" about his behaviour but she’s giving their relationship one last shot.
"Caroline loves Andrew. They’ve rekindled their relationship and agreed to give things another go," a source told Now magazine .
"She can’t live without him. She was so sad and hated being alone.
"Caroline knows that people will think she is doing the wrong thing but she prefers having him around."
Last week, the couple grabbed a bite to eat but things soon turned sour, according to onlookers.
“You just wanted to be married, you never loved me," Apprentice star Andrew is said to have told his fiancee.
“I do love you, I want to be with you," Caroline reportedly hit back before telling him she flew to Ibiza to see him so they could work through things.
The Love Island host is said to have then stormed out after telling her on-off lover that "he didn’t need to be so aggressive."
“You’d think if they wanted to row they could do it somewhere a bit more private," an onlooker told The Sun.
“But things got really intense very quickly. He told her that he thought she was using him so she could get married, but she insisted she loved him and mentioned the Ibiza trip."
They added: “He was being really argumentative and she said, ‘You don’t need to be so aggressive,’ and he just kept going until she stormed out leaving him with the dog. After she left he just seemed exasperated.”
Caroline is apparently being a lot more wary this time around – and isn’t wearing her engagement ring because she’s pushed back the wedding until they’ve completed couple’s counselling.
"Caroline’s friends worry she may be being naive in taking Andrew back, but Caroline really believes that you can change a man," a source told heat magazine .
The source continued: "While there’s nothing to suggest he did anything wrong, she has told pals she’s watching Andrew’s every move – checking his phone, social media and email to make sure that he’s being completely honest with her.
"There were rumours last time he cheated, so she’s going to make sure there’s no chance of that this time."
Caroline faced humiliation as she was hit by allegations of Andrew cheating on her and using her for fame, days after a gushing open letter she’d penned landed on newsstands.
In it, she referred to him as her "husband-to-be" and revealed she’d slid into his DMs by saying how much she liked him on The Apprentice 2017.
"People talk about meeting someone and feeling as though you’ve known them your whole life. That’s what it felt like when I met you," she wrote.
"I’ll never forget seeing you walk into the restaurant – tall, with a smile 10 miles wide, not just for me but for everyone in there. Talking to you was effortless. There were no first-date nerves – just two people laughing and getting to know each other until the early hours. It was how all first dates should be."
She went on: "We laugh until we cry. I’ve never had that before – with anyone. Every other relationship I’ve had has only been about love, but with you it’s about friendship, too. It’s what I’ve been looking for.
"My life was complete before you came into it – a man doesn’t complete your life. But I wanted to make room in it for you. I look at you and I think, ‘Yes, Andrew, you’re the one I’ve been waiting for."
Despite her gooey words, it wasn’t long before the pair’s whirlwind relationship crashed and burned – leaving Caroline to enter the Love Island villa without her diamond ring on her left hand.
Mirror Online has contacted Caroline’s representative for comment.
