While the stunning star was understandably worried about what kind of diagnosis she might receive, she immediately sought the help of her doctor, who made her get a scan.
"I went to the doctors, the doctors told us that I needed to go for a scan. Then I started panicking even more, I was like, 'Why do I need to go for a scan?'" she said.
"Anyways, I went for my scan by the way, everything is okay, everything is all good. But I just want to make yous aware guys. I never ever knew how long that lump had been there because I never, ever check.
"The doctor said you should always, always be checking."
The blonde beauty, who recently confessed to Celebs Go Dating gurus that she wants to go on a date with a woman, then shared two photos that explain exactly how to check for signs of breast cancer.

Chloe's voice then broke as tears formed in her eyes and she said: "Sorry guys I'm getting emotional," before covering her face with her hands.
A few moments later, she continued, ending her statement by adding: "Sorry guys, I needed to take a minute. Just remember to always check your boobs."
Hours after this, she returned to her Instagram stories to talk about the number of messages she received about people being too afraid to check their breasts for lumps or changes that could indicate a serious health issue.

"Guys, I'm getting loads of messages about the story I did in my DMs about the lump that I've got. There's quite a lot of people messaging saying they're too scared to feel.
"That was my main issue, I was always too scared to feel just in case I did find anything. But obviously that was wrong of us to do because the lump that I do have in my boob, I don't know how long it's been there for."
"This is just for everyone, because everyone keeps on asking, it's normal to be scared but it's best off always checking," she added.
