Dr. Luke’s Reps Continue To Slam Kesha’s Sexual Assault Allegations

This tangled legal battle isn’t over yet.

Legal representatives for Dr. Luke (AKA Lukasz Gottwald) issued a statement shutting down Kesha‘s allegations that her former producer had sexually assaulted her, which offers supposed proof that the complaint is “meritless” and “bogus.”

This is all as the defamation case he filed against her has its day in court.

The songstress hasn’t backed down on her claim, filed in 2014, that Dr. Luke raped her in October 2005, but his camp has a different version of events to share from the party at Paris Hilton‘s home:

“As an act of kindness and to help Kesha, since Kesha had just vomited and was intoxicated, he escorted her out and offered to allow her to sleep in his hotel suite, which was only a few blocks away. Kesha slept on the bed in the hotel suite, while Dr. Luke separately slept on the couch. Dr. Luke testified, under oath and in great detail, that he did not have any sexual or physical contact with Kesha.”

His statement also includes flashy headlines such as, “This is the true story Kesha did not want you to know,” and “The truth about Katy Perry that Kesha didn’t want you to know….” Sounds pretty gossipy if you ask us, but that’s not a surprise considering some of the past statements they have issued.

Additionally, redacted memos from individuals who apparently have knowledge of the night, and emails that apparently declare him free from any wrongdoing, were added.

The statement concludes:

“There is nothing worse than abuse and sexual assault. Dr. Luke supports any woman or man who seeks to address sexual abuse in the legal system. That is not what happened here. It is also horrendous to falsely accuse someone of a heinous act. That is what has happened here. Kesha’s voluntarily dismissed rape claim has caused great harm to Dr. Luke, his family, and his businesses.”

Yikes, looks like this back and forth isn’t ending anytime soon!
