Ferne McCann has confessed she no longer weighs herself as she doesn't like to "obsess over the finer details" any longer.
The 30 year old, who recently jetted off to South Africa to spend Christmas with her daughter Sunday, spoke exclusively to OK! online about her Shape It Up from Embodyment platform as she made the revelation.
The First Time Mum star explained that when her mum Gilly, 61, moved in with her during the first lockdown in March this year, she brought a scale with her.
Ferne said she found herself weighing herself several times a day, but it never showed a consistent number.

"So the first lockdown, my mum moved in with me and my daughter. She brought a set of scales," she told OK! "And even that, I swear to God, depending on the time of day it would show something different.
"After a meal it showed something different, on a different surface. I was like, 'No mum, I've gotta do it on a carpet, I've gotta do it on wooden floor.' It said something different every single time.
"The last time I stepped on a scale was in the first lockdown. A long time ago. It's like a distant memory now."

The blonde beauty, who recently admitted she was "robbed" of her ideal pregnancy by ex boyfriend Arthur Collins, went onto insist she doesn't like calorie counting and discourages it in her fitness plan.
"I'm not big on counting calories, I'm not big on stepping on the scales and weighing myself. In fact, that's kind of everything that I don't do. I don't like to obsess over the finer details," she said.
"Because, being a woman, we kind of spend our lives looking at the back packets and measuring your shape and size by a number, whether you're a size 8 or size 10, or 12 or 14… and beyond. I just think you can get in such a state.

"Actually embodyment and what it stands for and what I'm all about is fuelling your body with goodness, cooking really healthy, gorgeous, nutritious food, exercising, and mindfulness and meditation."
Ferne added: "If you can look after yourself with all of them things and really focus on that instead of counting calories then you're winning."
