Gerard Butler and Morgan Brown 'split' after more than six years together

Gerard Butler and his long time partner Morgan Brown have reportedly split after more than six years together.

The Olympus Has Fallen Actor and the real estate developer and designer were first linked back in 2014.

However, they have called time on their relationship after six and a half years, according to People.

Gerard, who was recently unrecognisable after he emerged from lockdown with an impressive mane of hair, was last photographed with Morgan earlier this month, when they were spotted sharing a kiss on a beach.

After they were first seen together on a beach date in Malibu back in September 2014, they dated for the next two years before splitting.

They appeared to reunite in July 2017, although Gerard said just three months later that he was single.

The couple later rekindled their romance, and had been going strong since.

The 50-year-old also previously opened up to People about his love-life, admitting: ‘I have no personal life.’

However, he revealed he’d love to have children at some point in the near future, adding to the publication: ‘I’d love to have one or two kids — it’s about time.’

It seems Gerard will be focusing on his work following the split – as soon as movie sets can be up and running again, that is – as he’s got plenty of films in the pipeline.

Naya Legend of the Golden Dolphin, which the star has lent his voice to, is set to be released in 2022, with his film All-Star Weekend currently in post-production.

He’s also set to film on the likes of Remote Control, Kandahar, Den of Thieves 2, and Afterburn.

Safe to say he’s definitely keeping himself busy.
