Go Inside Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's $6.5M Park Slope Home

Two years after purchasing, renovating, and settling into a sprawling 5,200-square-foot townhouse in Park Slope, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are saying farewell to Brooklyn. The A-list couple reportedly just sold their stunning digs at 586 Fourth Street in Park Slope’s Historic District for a cool $6.562 million, because, understandably, they don’t spend enough time there to enjoy it.

According to the listing, the townhouse was originally priced at $8M back in March, but seems to have sold to a lucky bidder for well under asking price. Despite the lower sale price and the reported $300,000 worth of renovations the couple put into the property, Blunt and Krasinski turned a small profit with the sale, as they paid only $6M for the Brooklyn home when they bought it in 2016.

Krasinski says the the sale comes as a result of the fact that he, Blunt, and their two young daughters rarely make it to New York anymore due to their busy schedules in Los Angeles. “The house is so special—someone who can spend every night there should have it,” Krasinski told the Wall Street Journal, also noting that he and Blunt have been “nomads for a while now.”

The gorgeous property that was formerly the Krasinski-Blunt residence is huge, featuring seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath. There’s also a parlor, large backyard area, a guest suite, and a laundry room. Flip through the photos ahead to take a peek at the power couple’s most impressive real estate flip.
