Holly Willoughby mixes up high street and designer labels

If you’re struggling to find something to wear to work during the heatwave, take some inspiration from Holly Willoughby .

The This Morning presenter and stylist Angie Smith came up with another winning outfit for Tuesday’s show.

She deployed one of her favourite fashion tricks – mixing up high street and designer labels – a tactic that the Duchess of Cambridge regularly utilises.

Holly wore a gorgeous green floral patterned skirt by Parisian brand Claudie Pierlot , which is now half price in their summer sale at £77.50.

She teamed it with a simple ivory ruffled shell top, £22, from Dorothy Perkins and blank ankle strap sandals, £198, from J. Crew .

It goes to show it is worth investing in a few key investment pieces, that will last you for seasons to come. Your high street top or dress can look more expensive when paired with a long-lasting jacket, shoes or accessories.

As with anything Ms Willoughby wears, you’ll have to be quick to snap them up, as they usually sell out.
