Holly Willoughby has been urged to ditch her signature blonde locks after showing off an old headshot.
Celebs from around the world took to social media yesterday to share epic throwbacks of their first ever headshots – and Holly and pal Phillip Schofield couldn’t resist joining in.
As they kicked off today’s This Morning episode, they announced they’d been digging through the archives.
Holly, 37, said: "So this prompted us to dig through our old snaps and find some early shots of the whole This Morning team – lots of scared faces suddenly in the studio."
An old picture of Phil then flashed up on the screen, showing the silver fox without his famous locks.
"Still dyed," Phil said as he examined his brunette hair.
An old snap of Holly then showed up – and she too had brown hair.
"Slightly more my natural hair colour there," she laughed. "I was a brunette once upon a time."
They also showed off snaps of Alison Hammond, Dr Chris, and chef John Torode.
But it was Holly’s hair that had everyone talking.
"Holly should so go brunette again!," said one fan.
While another commented: "Omg Holly’s old headshot she hasn’t changed one bit"
Holly and Phil weren’t the only ones to join in.
On Good Morning Britain, presenting duo Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid also showed off their old snaps.
Piers posted a black and white snap of himself as a 19-year-old ‘cub reporter’ at the Wimbledon News.
Comedian Ricky Gervais poked fun at Piers’ pic, tweeting him: "Look at your hair, you hippy."
Piers responded: "I was wild in my youth."
And he wasn’t happy with the picture Susanna showed.
"Have you just chosen one from three years go?" he asked her.
She admitted that she couldn’t find an old one and that the GMB team had attempted to find one instead.
Charlotte Hawkins and Richard Arnold dug up their old pictures as they joined in the fun as well.
