Loose Women panellist Carol McGiffin has turned 60 in style, celebrating the landmark birthday on what looks to be an incredible holiday Down Under.
The star was joined by her husband, who is 36, and a whole host of friends for prolonged festivities in Australia and also had a surprise encounter with Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby.
The main celebration was hosted at a very nice restaurant overlooking the water at Nelson Bay which is in New South Wales , just north of Sydney.

The birthday girl wore an amazing floor length pleated orange dress and large aviator-style sunglasses to protect her eyes from the strong Aussie sun.
The group, that Carol describes as "very old friends", sat down for a delicious lunch and toasted the star with glasses of bubbles.
Then it was back to her friend Julie’s house for more champagne and a stunning-looking yellow cake that was decorated with a large yellow flower.
The room where the party was held was covered in decorations that celebrate her 60 birthday so the TV personality captioned a picture of the two friends, writing: “My mate Julie has pulled out all the stops with the decorations! Like I need reminding”.

A few days earlier, during her trip, Carol bumped into Charlotte Crosby while walking down the street by the sea. The pair had starred together in Celebrity Big Brother back in 2013, a show that the Geordie actually went on to win.
The brunette star is in Australia visiting her new boyfriend reality star Ryan Gallagher, who she recently met while filming the Australian version of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The two took a grinning selfie which Carol captioned: “What are the chances? Walking down the street in Manly, Sydney and look who I bumped into!!! Only @charlottegshore !!! So good to see my old mucker from #CBB and her OZ I’m A Celeb family”.
The night before the big '6 0' Carol and her friends attended a film night that was very different to your usual Odeon experience. The star and her friends went to see the new Little Women film in an open air cinema in Sydney, overlooking harbour and the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
What a birthday trip!
