Jacqueline Jossa has revealed she is embarking on a new diet in order to feel her best ahead of her West End debut.

The mum-of-two, who begged fans for help after a nightmare morning with a flat tyre on the school run, took to Instagram to tell her fans she was using a meal prep company for pre-made meals on Wednesday.

The 28 year old sat at a table, with one of the meals in front of her, while wearing a white-shirt and her hair wet after getting out of the shower.

Updating her followers, she said: "Guys, I have started my meal prep again after being constantly on the go and on the move I just need to sort it out, sort it out, sort it out. I was really enjoying it before.

"This meal company is called Lionprep it's the best one I have ever used, it is so gorgeous and tastes unbelievable."

Jacqueline went on to reveal she is switching up her diet so she can feel confident for her West End debut in A Christmas Carol.

The I'm A Celebrity star's new diet comes after she insisted she wasn't unhappy with her body in a furious rant in October.

Dan Osborne's wife, who recently mocked the TOWIE cast with her Essex accent in a video, took to her Instagram stories to explain that every time she's interviewed, she's continuously asked about body positivity and it leaves her feeling frustrated.

"I just want to quickly say something that's been annoying me for a little while.

"When I do an interview at the moment all that people bring up is like, ‘You're such an inspiration for the bigger girl, you’re real, you’re this…’ and I'm absolutely happy for that, love it. No problem at all.

"But it's kind of insulting because they're like, ‘How do you stay so positive, body confident and look like that?’ is basically what they are saying to me," she angrily shared.
