Judi Love is training hard this week in the hope she'll be back on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend following her Covid-19 diagnosis, the star has written in her weekly column for OK!.
Loose Women star Judi, 41, was forced to take the week off last week after coming down with Covid. She's been resting up at home in isolation, but this week has been able to do some training sessions over Zoom with her partner Graziano Di Prima.
The couple will be doing the Cha Cha Cha to Olivia Newton John's hit song Physical, which they were originally supposed to perform last weekend.
In her column, Judi explains: "I’m feeling much better and at the time of writing this column, I’m hoping to be back on Strictly.
"Graziano and I practised our dance – the Cha Cha Cha to Physical, with a Halloween twist – over Zoom, which made things tricky! We had less time to practise, but we'll do our best."
The star also gave an update on how she coped with Covid, praising her daughter and loved ones for looking after her.
Judi said: "While I was ill, my daughter took care of me. My friends and family were amazing too, delivering us homemade food, drinks and remedies – what a difference it makes having such amazing people around you."
She added it was "weird" to watch Strictly from home last weekend.
"Of course, it was super weird watching Strictly from home and not spending so much time with Graziano," Judi added, "The whole Strictly team has been so supportive and sent me lovely messages."
Judi continued: "I’m just taking it each day as it comes."
The star also sent her love to fellow ITV star Eamonn Holmes, who confirmed he'd tested positive for Covid earlier this week.
Judi said: "I was sad to hear Eamonn Holmes has come down with Covid too – I’ve sent him my love. Ruth, along with my other Loose Women girls, have been so supportive as well."
