Justin Bieber ‘engaged’ to Hailey Baldwin

Justin Bieber is engaged to Hailey Baldwin after popping the question in the Bahamas, according to reports in the US.

Two women have claimed to TMZ that they saw Justin ask the model to be his wife.

The witnesses claim Justin’s security told everyone in the restaurant they were at to put their phones away because something special was about to happen, with the singer proposing to Hailey in front of everyone there.

Justin, 24, and Hailey only started dating each other again about one month ago.

But they’re no strangers to each other, they’ve dated in the past and appear to have got back together following his second split from Selena Gomez.

Just one hour ago, Justin’s father Jeremy posted on Instagram about how proud he was of his son.

Sharing a snap of the Canadian pop star, he wrote: "@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!"

Stunning model Hailey, 21, is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin.

The pair were recently potted in New York City, where Justin proved to be the ultimate gentleman by helping Hailey with her luggage.

Dressed in tracksuit bottoms, a baggy green hoodie and a baseball cap, Justin pushed two suitcases along the street while Hailey walked alongside him.

Justin was forced to bend down to push the suitcases along the street, with Hailey helping out by holding a door open for her man.

She looked as stunning as ever, even dressed super casually in tracksuit bottoms and a black cropped vest top.

With her blonde hair in a bun on top of her head, she looked effortlessly chic as she stepped out with Justin.

Justin and Hailey are said to have been inseparable since getting back together one month ago.

The singer has been keeping a relatively low profile lately.

But earlier this year, he left people riled up thanks to his inspirational speech about the downside to the glamorous celebrity lifestyle.

The Sorry hitmaker took time out from driving his posh cars and spending his millions to remind people that the glamorous celebrity life isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

But as he tried to tell his fans they shouldn’t believe everything they see on Instagram, he was slammed as a ‘privileged’ person who doesn’t appreciate what he’s got.

And some of his fans suggested he handed his money over to them, since it didn’t seem like he was that attached to it.

Biebs posted a screenshot of the notepad on his phone, with what he probably hoped would be an inspirational message.

It read: "Hey world that glamorous lifestyle you see portrayed by famous people on Instagram don’t be fooled thinking their life is better than yours I can promise you it’s not"

But it didn’t go down too well with his fans.

One said: "y’all really got millions and y’all still ain’t happy , “money ain’t happiness” i’ll take that money."

Another wrote: "I rather have Rich and famous problems; Than broke and homeless problems. Just My thoughts."

While one ranted: "This is a bunch of idealistic, crap. Go tell this to the homeless guy waking up everyday in extreme poverty that your guys lives are so equal. Pretty damn sure there not thrilled with where there at in life. Life is supposed to be hard, and celebrities have it a lot easier then the average joe. Sure, I know money can’t buy happiness, la da da da, but it can improve people’s situations drastically and give them hope. But I appreciate you trying, but it’s just a fallacy."

Mirror Online has contacted Justin and Hailey’s representatives for comment.
