Katherine Ryan’s daughter proved to be a fearless hero as she jumped on-stage at her mother’s latest comedy show to stop a fight between audience members.
The comedian shared footage of the incredible moment her rarely-seen daughter Violet, 12, bravely urged the brawlers to keep the peace as Katherine brought her Missus tour to De Montfort Hall, Leicester on Saturday.
In the clip shared in her Instagram stories, Katherine, 38, is seen standing on-stage beside the youngster who commanded the microphone.
Sounding much wiser than her 12 years, Violet said with authority: ‘OK, OK. No one’s threatening anyone, just calm down.
‘It’s Saturday, I get it, have fun but please don’t threaten anyone, like, please,’ prompting cheers from the audience.
Proud mum Katherine captioned the clip: ‘When people start fighting at your mum’s show, you’ve got to march out and sort it.’
A fan shared a clip of the epic moment from a different angle, and said: ‘@Kathbum brought her daughter out to diffuse a drunken bust up, and I’ve never loved her more.’
They then hailed Violet ‘the People’s Princess’.
Another audience member commented: ‘When @kathbum 12 year old daughter has to come out and tell grown men to not fight… are u not EMBARRAZZZZED?’
One other fan who attended the show wrote: ‘Brilliant show from @Kathbum tonight. Some right idiots in the audience though. I can’t say this strongly enough – don’t go to a comedy gig and behave like a d**k.
‘Luckily @Kathbum’s daughter was on hand to calm it all down. @demontforthall can you just throw them out next time?’
Katherine reportedly replied: ‘I did specifically request that people keep their p**sedness to themselves from the start! Hope everyone is ok xx.’
Violet is the comedian’s daughter from a previous relationship, while she also shares baby son Fred with husband Bobby Kootstra.
The stand-up star recently shared an impressive milestone which baby Fred had reached, managing to potty train the tot at just eight months old.
