Katie Price has lashed out at cruel trolls who she claims hurled cruel insults her way.
The 42 year old, who recently confessed she's seeking help from The Priory as it's "hard to cope" with her injuries, took to her Instagram feed to share a loved-up snap of herself with boyfriend Carl Woods.
The snap sees the star's 31 year old boyfriend being supportive as he pushes her wheelchair along the street.

In the caption, the former glamour model opened up on the "abuse" she's received from her 2.3million followers about her relationship with Carl and her general life.
She said: "I’ve heard every bit of abuse, insults and hurtful slag naming calling under the sun from people who havent met me nor @carljwoods , I’m sick of small minded trolls trying to put us down." [sic]
Katie, who recently said she's "deeply sorry" after receiving comments about her "demoralising" wheelchair comments, went on to deny ever sleeping around.

"I’m not a slag I NEVER slept around being called a slag is infuriating and cruel. There isn’t many guys that would be able to handle the life changing injuries I have," [sic] she said.
Katie ended her furious rant by asking her followers to be happy for her as she said: "Just be happy for me for once , I deserve it". [sic]
Sympathetic fans were quick to respond as one person said: "Indeed you do deserve it.. what a great mother you are and your children are a testament to that. Just know there are more people that think you are great than those that hate," followed by a blue heart emoji.

Another wrote: "Don’t listen to them Katie, let them be miserable, look how far you’ve got! Amazing," alongside a red heart emoji.
While a third added: "I think it’s mad how people go out of their to abuse people they don’t know! Sick in the head. Do you & be happy & just focus on getting better," with a pink heart emoji.
It comes as a source recently told new magazine that Katie is working with a life coach in a bid to get herself back on track after those close to her became concerned she was starting to struggle again.

“She’s not in that dark place she was before, while in The Priory, but friends and family were all worried Katie wasn’t coping alone,” new's insider revealed.
“She’s started seeing her life coach again, who is helping her stay positive. She sees them on a regular basis and she’s been advised to avoid stressful situations and understand she’s only human.
"She’s also been urged to love and respect those who truly care and to slow down and listen.”
