Kerry Katona fans were amazed to discover her daughter Molly’s incredible singing voice as the star says her singing “makes her cry”.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 41, shares two children with her ex Brian McFadden – 19 year old Lilly-Sue and 20 year old Molly.
Eldest daughter Molly, who is currently studying at a drama school in London, often takes to Instagram to post videos of herself performing.
In a recent video posted to Instagram, Molly can be seen playing the acoustic guitar and showcasing her beautiful singing voice, as she captions the clip: “5 am things…”
The singer posted the video with a grayscale effect and can be seen wearing a nose ring and her long hair in face framing waves as she performs the song.
Molly’s dad, Westlife star Brian McFadden, replied to the video with “Love this Moll xxxx”, while other fans were similarly impressed.
One wrote: “You are unbelievably beautiful and talented”, while another added: “Wow, super talented. Your mum and dad must be so proud”.
Speaking about her daughter’s musical talent in her OK! column, Kerry said: “I am so proud of her. She is absolutely unbelievable! Every time she sings she makes me cry.
“She even taught herself to play the guitar. She has amazing talent. She currently goes to a drama school in London, so who knows what the future holds. But I know she’ll go far.”
As well as sharing daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue with ex Brain, mum-of-five Kerry also has Heidi, 15, and Max, 13, with ex Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge, with late ex George Kay.
Kerry also opened up on how she’s “always been the one to parent” her and Brian McFadden’s kids, but how she’d feel “more than comfortable” celebrating their birthdays alongside their dad.
Kerry said: “If it was Molly or Lilly’s birthday party, I would feel more than comfortable doing something with them and their dad Brian.
“The last time they saw me and Brian together was last March, when my auntie died. And that’s actually the first time Lilly has ever seen me and Brian in the same room since we split.”
“If I’m being honest, me and Brian have never co-parented the kids. I’ve been the one to parent them. It’s just always been that way.”
