Video footage from Luann de Lesseps’ disorderly intoxication arrest in Palm Beach, Florida has been released — and it’s not pretty.
The nearly five-minute video, captured in December 2017, popped up on YouTube over the weekend. It shows the “Real Housewives of New York” star telling cops to let her out claiming she’s done nothing wrong after being cuffed for trespassing in a hotel room with a man.
The 52-year-old was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, resisting arrest and making threats against a public servant.
In the video, de Lesseps is repeatedly heard threatening cops and shouting, “Don’t touch me! I will kill you.”
The arresting officer even gets fed up with her antics and threatens to hog-tie her if she doesn’t cooperate.
Earlier this month, she recalled her night in jail saying she could barely remember any phone numbers to call – except ex-husband Tom D’Agostino.
“I didn’t sleep all night, and I had a hangover, so it was pretty rough,” de Lesseps said during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.” “It was awful.”
In the days following her arrest, de Lesseps checked into rehab for treatment.
“At this point in my life, I don’t want to drink, nor do I have interest in drinking,” she said of getting treatment. “Rehab saved my life. It was the best thing that I could do for myself and I’m so glad I did that.”
She eventually apologized for her behavior and pled not guilty. However, she rejected a plea deal in lieu of a speedy trial.
