Nicola Peltz is believed to be planning a second wedding with husband Brooklyn Beckham to celebrate their anniversary, after describing their first ceremony back in April as a "nightmare."
The two love birds tied the knot in April last year, but it has since been revealed that it didn't go as smoothly as it looked in the pics from the day. Because of this, Nicola, 28 and Brooklyn, 23, are reportedly planning a second ceremony for their upcoming first wedding anniversary.
Nicola's billionaire dad, Nelson Peltz, is currently suing Plan Design Events – claiming they failed to return a deposit of $159,000 (£132,000) after they were sacked for being unable to meet the "scale" of what Nicola was wanting.
Since the ceremony, rumours have also been floating around that there's a family feud going on in the Beckham-Peltz clan after Nicola reportedly clashed with her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham over the special day.
A source close to the actress has now said a second wedding ceremony will give Nicola and Brooklyn the chance to have a "positive, happy day" after all of the "stress". They also said it would be beneficial for former Spice Girl Victoria who could use it as a chance to "erase" the alleged feud.
The source told Closer: “For Nicola, as she approaches the first wedding anniversary, she looks back on the day as stressful from start to finish. The whole thing was a nightmare. She was far from completely happy with the wedding, the build-up with the three different planners, and associates it now with rows, issues and tension between the families."
The source continued to say that a second ceremony could also be a way to get a fresh start after the alleged feud between Nicola and Victoria, which also saw Nicola reportingly hide the wedding planner drama from her now mother-in-law.
“The idea of doing it all again is appealing to [Victoria] as well. The feud wouldn’t be erased overnight with just another wedding, of course, but it could be a great way to mark a fresh start between them all."
Nicola is reportedly wanting the second ceremony to take place on her and Brooklyn's first anniversary.
She is thought to be planning to wear a new dress and has been looking at different locations to have the ceremony.
The source said: "Nicola just wants a really positive, happy day to represent what she and Brooklyn are all about – rather than the tension and stress attached to the first one."
