The Spice Girls have appeared together for the first time since announcing their thrilling six-date UK comeback tour on Wednesday. 

Geri Horner, 46, Mel B, 43, Mel C, 44, and Emma Bunton, 42, came together on the latter’s breakfast show with Jamie Theakston on Heart after it was revealed that will bag £2.2 million each with comeback tour.

The foursome appeared in jovial spirits as they chatted on air about their reunion in depth and revealed it was Mel B who spearheaded the reunion.

‘I really didn’t think this would happen again at one point… because as lots of people out there will know there were times I’m wasn’t sure about doing it but now I’m very, very excited for it.’

The mother-of-two opted against her iconic Union Jack thigh-grazer for her appearance with her girls and instead slipped into a pair of high-waisted trousers with a matching polo neck for the interview without Emma.

She wrapped up in a knee-length wool coat and held her bandmates hands as she tackled the hotel’s steps in a pair of sky-high black heels.

Their outing comes after the Spice Girls confirmed that they’re reuniting for a six-date UK tour next summer, following months of relentless speculation – but they won’t be joined by their bandmate Victoria Beckham.

Mel B, 43; Emma Bunton, 42; Geri Horner, 46; and Mel C, 44; took to their official Twitter and Facebook accounts to announce the highly anticipated roadshow, which is set to kick off in Manchester on June 1. 

The foursome were originally expected to net £10million each from the tour however it has now been reported that they would earn £2.2million.

According to TMZ, they will each make nearly £418,000 per show. Although they could potentially bring in more cash should the shows spur on a possible world tour and rake in up to £5million each.

Although Victoria won’t be joining the girls on tour, she still took time out to release a statement on the exciting announcement.

‘Being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour,’ said the mother-of-four. 

‘I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!’

In a new minute-long video unveiled on Monday afternoon, the stars announced their reunion in typically playful fashion – but cynical fans soon took to Twitter to accuse them of hitting the road because they ‘need money’.

In a statement, the stars said about the upcoming tour: ‘We are beyond excited to be reuniting next year for a stadium tour! 

‘Bringing girl power and our message of friendship and love back to the stage feels more relevant than ever. We hope everyone can join us for one big Spice Girls party!’

The tour will see the chart-topping Wannabe singers reunite for the first time since closing out the London 2012 Olympics in show-stopping style.

Ticket prices have not yet been announced, but in 2007, tickets were advertised for resale, costing up to £900, with some legitimate tickets being originally priced at £115.

Geri, who quit the group back in 1998, gushed: ‘I am so excited, together we celebrate girl power with our fans and the next generation and everyone is welcome! Hold tight it’s gonna be fun xx.’

The popstar send fans into a frenzy on Monday after she tweeted ‘Hai Si Ja hold tight!’ – a lyric from their 1997 smash-hit, Spice Up Your Life.

Enthusiasts were up in arms as they flocked the social media site to admit they always believed it was ‘I See Ya’ or ‘Hi C Ya’ – despite it actually being ‘Yes, Yes, Yes’, in three different languages.
