Stacey Solomon announced that she is expecting her second child with her fiance Joe Swash in a heartwarming Instagram post earlier this week. The Loose Women favourite has since revealed that her wedding will be pushed back.
The 31-year-old took the opportunity to respond to fans’ questions as they quizzed the TV personality on her new arrival.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Stacey told her 4.5 million followers that the couple has decided to delay their wedding.
The pair announced they were engaged on the picture-sharing site back in December.
A fan asked: “Do you think you’ll get married before pickle [her baby] arrives?”
Stacey said: “We’re moving it back a few months. Both of us said that we would be gutted when we’re looking back at the pictures and not all of our children were there.
“So, for the sake of a few months, we will wait until the baby is born and then do it.”
She added: “All of us together.”
The Loose Women panellist also added a caption as she explained the wedding plans may get pushed back until next year.
The news comes after Stacey explained on that she had to halt her wedding plans on ITV’s Lorraine last month.
She explained that the couple had planned to get a wedding license to exhange their vows in their back garden.
Stacey said: “We don’t know if we’ll be able to get a licence and stuff.
“The wedding planning is a bit on halt at the moment. It’s all just come at once, so many of these things have been in the planning for years… I feel so lucky, privileged and grateful and I just think you have to take any opportunity when it comes.”
The TV personality also dished on the baby’s gender as she admitted all will be revealed in due course.
A fan quizzed: “Will you find out the baby’s gender this time or keep it is a surprise?”
Stacey replied: “Yes we are 100 per cent going to find out. I’m too impatient and I want to decorate the nursery with a theme so we really want to know.
“I will let you all know really soon.”
