Vogue Williams joked she would be cashing in if she and husband Spencer Matthews ever split as the couple do not have a prenuptial agreement.

Vogue revealed the pair never discussed a prenup before tying the knot in June 2018, moths before they welcomed their son Theodore in September of that year.

The Irish model, 35, and Made in Chelsea star Spencer, 32, married in the beautiful surroundings of Spencer's family's 10,000 acre in the Scottish Highlands called Glen Affric.

Speaking on Steph’s Packed Lunch on Channel 4, Vogue said: “We never even talked about it, it wasn’t a thing," before she joked: "Unlucky Spenny!"

The mum-of-two then joked that she would be cashing in if the pair split.

Steph asked Vogue if she would be quids in if the couple split up, to which Vogue laughed and joked: "100 per cent!"

Vogue also discussed her past divorce from ex-husband Brian McFadden, calling it “difficult”.

Vogue and former Westlife singer Brian were married from 2012 to 2017 and they too did not have a prenup.

They began dating in May 2011 and married in September 2012 in Florence, Italy, before separating three years later.

Vogue said: "I know a thing or two about divorce and it is not that easy to get divorced.. You can’t just say you are bored of that person, you have to have six or seven decent reasons."
