Amanda Holden nails dopamine dressing in an array of rainbow-inspired high street brights

Amanda Holden has always been known to pull off some of the most amazing, and of course daring looks when she steps out in public.

However, recently whilst we've been oozing over her stunning style, we have noticed that she has taken one of the biggest trends of the season and given all of us an expert lesson in to how to pull it off.

Whether it's her stepping out after her Heart FM show or at the new Britain's Got Talent auditions the 40-year-old is ticking all of the dopamine dressing boxes.

On Friday the radio presenter showed up and showed off in a brilliant tailored green suit which accentuated her long legs.

The fabulous outfit is from none other than high street brand Warehouse with the blazer costing £64.50.

Green is a great colour to immediately add some freshness to your wardrobe as it close links to Spring time, so when we see the colour our brains automatically think to warmer, sunnier days.

On Thursday we saw the radio presenter step out in a bold yellow pussy-bow blouse and an incredible yellow leather skirt from Karen Millen.

Amongst all of the grey days we're experiencing at the moment, it's nice to see people spreading some light, and that's exactly what this outfit did.

Amanda posted a snap of her look to her Instagram account where fans praised the outfit by saying: "Beautiful & love the colours."

As a second added: "looking fabulous hun."

Prior to this the mum-of-two wowed in a head-to-toe striking red outfit after finishing work for the day on Tuesday.

Sporting an incredible altered dress from designer Solace London which retails for £410, Amanda stunned as a fan said: "Absolutely stunning lady in Red."

The outfit was paired with a coordinating red coat along with matching Jimmy Choo court heels and a red clutch bag in order to promote feelings of love and health.

Amanda took things to a whole new level on Monday as she started off a new week with a bang, opting for a custom skin-tight latex dress by designer William Wilde.

Filming a special segment for Britain's Got Talent, she embodied her inner Elle Woods from Legally Blonde and solidified herself as a style icon with this daring look.

This of course isn't the only daring look the star has worn recently as she made sure to kick off BGT auditions in true Amanda fashion.

Giving us and her fans exactly what they want, the 40-year-old proved she is still just as fabulous in a beyond beautiful yellow lace up dress.

The risqué garment is from designer David Koma and is said to retail for a staggering £1320.

Yellow seems to be a favourite colour for the blonde, and it makes complete sense as not only is it the colour of the sun but it's also a tone which promotes happiness.

Another way that Amanda incorporated dopamine dressing into her wardrobe was with the amazing lime green silky top and matching midi skirt from fashion brand Pretty Lavish.

The colour green is also all about nature and mindfulness with the idea of rebirth which could link to new year resolutions and Amanda setting herself on a good path for 2022.

Another go to colour that Amanda loves is pink, which could be down to it's properties of kindness and compassion and let's face it, who doesn't need more of that in their lives?

This pink knitted dress was paired with a bold fuchsia coat and matching bum bag and whilst the look should come with a sunglasses warning, we're honestly obsessed.

It can be so easy to slip into wearing dark shades during the cold and wet winter months, but what better way to brighten up your days than literally wearing the most colourful colours — and Amanda proves just how easy this is.
