Asda, Morrisons and Tesco are selling a big Cadbury chocolate trifle – and it looks delicious

CHOCOLATE fans are in luck, because Cadbury has rolled out big trifles in Asda, Morrisons and Tesco.

The desserts come in layers of milk chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge and cream topped with milk chocolate curls.

Each pot weighs 550g and it's recommended to serve six people, but we won't judge if you eat more than a sixth of the dreamy desserts.

The "Layers of Joy Limited Edition" treats are currently the cheapest at Morrisons, where they'll set you back £2 each.

While Asda is selling the desserts for £2.50, and Tesco for £3.

If you're keeping an eye on your waistline, you'll want to know that one 92g portion contains 226 calories and 18.9g of sugar.

Some new things @asda – swipe for all! The Trifle is £2.50, Crumpets £1.

The chocolate treats were spotted by Instagram account Kev's snack reviews at an Asda store, and his followers are pretty excited.

One user simply stated: "Delicious", while another said: "Get that for when I'm up".

Meanwhile, a reviewer on the Morrisons said: "Our fave at the mo".

If you're worried you might gobble up the whole dessert in one go, Cadbury also does portion sizes of the treats.

Packs of two 90g pots currently set you back £1 at Iceland, Morrisons and Sainsbury's.

Earlier this year, Cadbury rolled out Creme Egg trifle desserts made up of a chocolate base, chocolate mousse, chocolate chip cookies and a fondant, creamy topping.

It also started selling Dairy Milk bars in the shape of a football pitch.

If you prefer something frozen, B&M is selling tubs of Cadbury jelly popping candy ice cream for £1.
