Cheltenham Festival 2019 runners and riders: Janika heads the weights and a field of 24 for the Brown Advisory & Merriebelle Stable Plate Handicap Chase

The Nicky Henderson-trained six-year-old forms part of a capacity 24-runner field for the £110,000 handicap over 2m5f.

Siruh Du Lac finished just ahead of Janika last time and the pair will clash again on Thursday.

Dan Skelton's Spiritofthegames has been well-backed for this race and he also features among the final declarations.

Kalondra, River Wylde and Doiforthevillage add further strength to the British-trained challenge.

The sole Irish contenders are Valseur Lido and Polidam.

The race will be broadcast live on ITV. Racing TV will also have live coverage of the race.

The race is due to get underway at 4.10pm on Thursday and is the fifth race on day three of the Cheltenham Festival.
