Princess Diana’s nieces Lady Amelia and Eliza Spencer have shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of their time in Milan for fashion week.

The 29-year-old society beauties are following in the footsteps of their older sister, Lady Kitty Spencer, who has forged a career in modelling after becoming a firm fixture on the London social scene.

The twins have been seen making a string of appearances during fashion month in various cities.

Amelia and Eliza, who are both signed to Storm Model Management, both posted snaps as they enjoyed a dinner in Italy and posed with designers in glamorous outfits.

The sisters, who often coordinate their outfits but chose completely different looks for the occasion, posed for a few snaps with Andrea Santoni, the founder of Italian shoe brand Santoni.

Lady Amelia opted for a smart scarlet oversized suit with glittering bronze heels, while Lady Eliza donned a black bodycon floor length dress with yellow heels.

While the sisters didn’t coordinate their outfits, they did wear their hair in an identical style, sweeping their blonde locks into a sleek ponytail.

Earlier this month, the twins made their modelling debut at London Fashion Week.

Amelia and her twin sister strutted on the Josh Birch Jones Catwalk at the CityWide Celebration show.

The beauty’s dazzled in show stopping floor length gowns and they oozed confidence walking the runway.

Josh Birch Jones, the youngest ever member of the British Fashion Council, unveiled his Autumn Winter 2023 collection at Dartmouth House.

Lady Amelia looked incredible in a emerald green one shoulder sequin dress which featured a side split.

Her ensemble was completed with silver strappy heels and her blonde locks were swept back into a low bun.

The sisters grew up with their father and mother Victoria Aitken in Constantia but spent significant time in the UK after their parents split and Charles moved back to the family’s seat, Althorp.

They have two half-sisters and half-brother from their father’s second and third marriages, and half-brother from their mother’s second marriage.

In 2021, the pair were hailed by society bible Tatler as among the hottest and most elegant socialite siblings from across the world who are used to moving in the same circles as supermodels, aristocrats and royals.

They were ranked among others as one of the most glamorous sets of twins on the elite social scene.

The sisters have an unbreakable bond as twins, with Lady Amelia telling Tatler she and Lady Eliza have always been close and are ‘very similar’.

‘We love doing the same things and share the same friends,’ she said. ‘You’re guaranteed to have a best friend there always – you can’t really compare it to anything else.’
