A model hoped getting plastic surgery would enhance her looks before the Miss BumBum competition.
But Jessica Barros had to spend time recuperating in hospital after spending $200,000 (around £142,000) going under the knife.
She had a biechtomy, which involves removing fat from the face to enhance cheekbones.
As well as this, the star boosted her curves with silicone and sculpted her body by getting liposuction.
Following all the ops, the transgender reporter shared a picture from her hospital bed in Brazil.
She wrapped her head in a towel and put cotton pads over her eyes as she recovered from the surgery.
The influencer told fans: “I changed the silicone, increased from 400ml to 600ml, had HD lipo and a bichectomy."
While some of her followers were worried about side-effects, Jessica doesn’t seemed to be too fazed by the recovery process.
She is willing to put herself through surgery so she can look more “feminine”.
The star said: “Everything is fine…
"I intend to do everything I want to become a beautiful woman. I always want to be more feminine.”
Jessica’s previous procedures include a rhinoplasty, four boob jobs and butt implants.
She is preparing to show off her new look at the Miss BumBum contest in Brazil.
The model is reporting from the event next month.
Contestants have been battling it out to make it to the final, which takes place on July 5.
