On Friday the millionaire cleaning influencer, 30, filmed her party prep while husband Jamie kept Ronnie entertained.
There were cheese ball crisps packed into cones and tied off with green ribbon to create the effect of a carrot, she also made "soil desserts" which were blended Oreo cookies and cream pots topped off with mini iced vegetables to make it look like they were growing.
Mrs Hinch had also got cutters in the shape of rabbits and other animals to make cheese and ham sandwiches and used mini cardboard plant pots to host some savoury nibbles for snacks.

Instead of purchasing ready-made balloon decorations, the crafty mum decided to blow up her own balloon arch with a balloon pump she got from eBay.
She did however use Essex company Parties and Signs for the custom-made 'The First Tale of Ronnie' backdrop, who have also helped decorate Amy Childs' and Rochelle Humes' daughters for each of their lockdown birthday parties.
Mrs Hinch explained that she had turned down the help of many small businesses who had contacted her offering to cater for the party saying she wanted to do it herself.

"I have absolutely loved creating this for Ronnie. I'm so grateful for businesses wanting to help today but it just feels so special trying to do this myself, a little dream of mine.
"But I'll be sure to tag where I bought things from over the next few days guys xx" she added, saying about "90 percent" of the stuff she had picked up was from eBay.
Mrs Hinch had bought a special outfit for Ronnie, as well as pyjamas that said "some bunny is one", a little vest that read "I am 1 Ronnie", a pair of brown leggings and a blue velvet vest to look just like Peter Rabbit.
The cleaning influencer had also treated herself to a cream dress for the big day and a pair of bunny ears and tail to keep with the theme.
Finishing touches to the party decor included a custom sign that read "Hinch Farm Keep Out" just like Mr McGregor's farm from the book, as well as stuffed toys in the shape of a broccoli and a carrot, and some Peter Rabbit bunting tied to the gazebo.
