It looks like Nick Cannon is once again putting his radio hosting and producing skills to good use.
The comedian has just joined LA’s #1 hip hop station, Power 106, to launch his very own morning show “Nick Cannon Mornings.”
With so many different titles under Nick Cannon’s belt, his radio show hosting gig just proves this comedian is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
This will be added to his long list of endeavors
Nick Cannon is a jack of all trades and him becoming a morning radio show host will just add to his long list of business ventures.
Cannon, will be joining Power 106, LA’s #1 hip hop station, as the morning show’s main host and producer.
The morning show, which will be called, “Nick Cannon Mornings – Power 106 #1 for Hip Hop,” launches on Monday, June 17, and will air daily from 5 AM — 10 AM.
Cannon and his radio show are being represented by Southern California’s largest minority-owned Media Company, Meruelo Media, and they are thrilled to be working with this entertainment powerhouse.

Nick’s career as an entertainer has come full circle
Landing your own radio show is a pretty big deal, especially in the entertainment industry.
Many people who host their own radio shows have maintained very successful careers and Nick Cannon is no different.
After spending more than 20 years in the industry, all of Cannon’s hard work has led him to this pivotal moment in his life.
“It’s honestly a dream come true. One of my first jobs was interning at a radio station in Southern California (San Diego),” Nick shared with Variety. “I’ve been coming to Power since 15, so to be here and now have my own morning show host is crazy. … I can’t wait to get out, connect with the people, do some events, really be in the city in a real way.
With Nick Cannon also being the embodiment of African American culture, hosting one of the top hip-hop radio shows was his calling.
