Olivia Bowen has previously been frank about her fear of giving birth to her first child with husband Alex Bowen.
However, in recent months the 28 year old has spoken about feeling more relaxed about going into labour, and partly credits Emma Armstrong, also known as The Naked Doula for this change of heart.
The former Love Island star shared on her Instagram story that she'd taken Emma's hypnobirthing course and as a result "can't rave about her enough", adding, "I'm actually looking forward to it [the birth]".
Olivia, who will welcome her baby in less than three months and celebrated the impending event with a stunning OK! maternity photo shoot, is now equipped with some handy hypnobirthing tips to help her through the experience.
Here, Emma exclusively shares some of the unique advice that she has passed on to Olivia…
Floppy Face, Floppy Fanny
"When we make our face floppy by relaxing the jaw, we are automatically relaxing our pelvic floor. When we relax our pelvic floor it means our vagina can unfold with ease when baby is making their way down the birth canal and into the world! Using this technique during contractions is a magical game changer."

Dance, dance, dance
"When we bring movement to the table not only are we having a bloody good time but we are also helping our baby to drop down further into the pelvis which is what we want. We’re also getting them into optimal position and we are bringing a method of pain relief to our contractions. It’s a win win, so get your favourite music on and enjoy!"
Don't push too hard
"Don’t forcefully push with held breath and gritted teeth as when we do this we deplete our body of oxygen and raise our blood pressure. This then affects our baby directly, which can lead to the baby’s heart rate starting to drop and possibly unwanted interventions.
A woman laying on her back with legs up in the air is an image we're used to seeing, but frankly has no evidential benefit to the woman or baby at all!
It’s outdated but still practised across the world. Being upright and using our breath to bare down is more beneficial to mother and baby and should be routine unless in an emergency."
