Princess Charlotte shocked drinkers when she walked into a London boozer holding her mum’s hand to use the loo.
The little royal was caught short while the family were driving in a black Range Rover through south London.
So, just as pretty much every parent has done at some point, the Duchess of Cambridge found herself on the lookout for the nearest bathroom.
They walked into the Phoenix pub in Stockwell hand in hand and spent just less than ten minutes using the facilities.
Maggie McKinney, a regular at the pub, told MailOnline: "I was sitting in my usual chair and when I looked up I saw Kate Middleton, I mean the Duchess of Cambridge and her daughter Princess Charlotte.
"The little kiddie just trotted in with her mum, went to the toilet and then trotted out. They could not have been in the pub for more than ten minutes.
"They seem very nice, totally normal. Princess Kate was holding her daughter’s hand. Princess Charlotte was just any other little girl.’
Before Kate and Charlotte entered the pub a plain clothed woman, believed to be a protection officer, walked in and asked bar staff if a little girl would use the bathroom.
Charlotte was wearing a blue skirt, a white blouse, a light-blue coat and white tights.
Her mum Kate looked casual in blue culottes and a navy top.
Yesterday the Duchess gave well-wishers an update on Prince Louis during a flying visit to an RAF base in Cyprus.
When she was outside the Warrant Officers and Sergeants’ Mess, Kate chatted to Rhian Davis, 32, who was carrying 10-week-old daughter Dorothy in a sling.
Rhian said: "She asked whether she was sleeping through the night and she told me that Louis is starting to wave."
