Suspiria's First Teaser Doesn't Have Any Dialogue, but It Will STILL Give You Nightmares

As a follow up to award season darling Call Me By Your Name, director Luca Guadagnino has dramatically changed courses by remaking one of the scariest horror movies from the 1970s: Suspiria. After feasting our eyes on some ominous images of star Dakota Johnson in the film last month, we now finally have an official teaser trailer. In the footage above, which is entirely without dialogue, we get to see Johnson’s ambitious young dancer, Susie, arriving at a world-renowned dance company led by a mysterious artistic director (Tilda Swinton) who will send Susie on a journey filled with darkness (translation: satanic rituals, witches, curses, murder, etc.). Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, Jessica Harper, and Chloë Grace Moretz also star, and the film hits theaters on Nov. 2.
