Amanda Holden decided to get her army of Instagram followers motivated with another scorching snap.
The 49-year-old wasn't about to let the gloomy and cold British weather stand in her way of venturing out for daily run.
Instead, the Britain's Got Talent judge decided to spur on others to do the same because of the mental health benefits.
Demanding attention while ensuring that her message was was received, she stripped off to an electric blue matching workout set.
Showing off every inch of her body and leaving little to the imagination, she rocked a fabulous sports bra with a zipper that ran straight through the middle of the garment.
The top went little to the imagination as Amanda failed to protect her modesty whilst braving the chilly weather.
She teamed her gym-attire with a coordinated pair of skintight trousers that were pulled up high onto her hips to accentuate her killer figure.
Looking like a true sports women, ready for any type of weather, she popped on a Mercedes navy blue cap to keep her honey blonde locks away from her face.
Keeping it cool she donned groovy neon trainers with black criss crossed laces and a rose gold pair of oversized headphones.
The TV favourite placed her hands around her svelte and exposed torso as she beamed a huge smile at the camera.
Standing outside, against a backdrop of glorious winter shrubs and large conifer trees, she worked up a storm in from of the lens.
Letting fans know of her good intentions, she captioned: "Running to keep happy as well as healthy."
Meanwhile, last week Amanda's cage seemed to have been rattled after she decided to cancel her festive trip away due to Covid-19.
Reminiscing about sunnier days, she took to Instagram to share a stunning throwback snap, along with her views on the situation.
She penned: "I cancelled my holiday on #BoxingDay .. it was hard. But I was flying with a negative test and everything was in place for a safe holiday with my family.
"WHY THEN , ARE THE UK ONLY JUST making the decision to test for covid for people coming into our country ?? We've all sacrificed so much in different ways .. most of us have been responsible. Had so much good will and respect for each other.
"Joined together and marched on through this .. it’s made me seeth this morning hearing it on the news -the senseless year of neglect of Government rules at our borders. .. other countries have done it before us."
She went on: "Why has it taken us so long? No one seems to have an answer… or be questioning it?!!
"Surely this could have prevented the increase of the spread?!!! #Staysafe and try and keep patient and calm despite the lack of common sense being afforded to us."
