The star wowed her fans in her latest snap which saw her dress her gorgeous figure in a sleek red dress and matching heels.
The Britain's Got Talent Judge looked effortlessly beautiful in the outfit, which had large frills on the sleeve and was worn off her shoulders.
Her bronzed skin was glowing in the picture, which she shared with her followers on Instagram on Friday night.
The blonde bombshell wore her hair in tousled waves and chose a soft pink to emphasise her plump pout, as she hosted The Great comic Relief Prizeathon show alongside Jason Manford on BBC.
Her eyes were brought out with a smokey eye and a hint of blush on her cheeks.
The 50-year-old shared the snap ahead of the event and captioned the post: "Please continue to dig deep for Comic Relief. Loads of prizes to win on BBC1."
Fans were blown away by the look, with one writing: "You look amazing in that dress. So nice to see you presenting and on BBC."
Another penned: "Fabulous" followed by heart emojis.
A third said: "OMG so gorgeous" with heart-eyes.
Many chose to simply post the heart or fire emoji, to tell Amanda they loved the look.
Amanda and Jason took to our screens at 10.30pm, and the fundraising reached a total £52million during the main programme.
Amanda recently looked angelic as she donned an all-white outfit as walked through the streets of London, choosing a paper-thin white dress that reached her ankles.
