Azealia Banks’ most controversial spats – Zayn race row to Lily Allen hubby dig

US rapper Azealia Banks certainly loves controversy – and it seems as though anyone – or anything – is NOT off limits for the queen of Twitter beef.

She once posted a bizarre video digging up and cooking her dead cat Lucifer – and even claimed she had the skull of a six-year-old girl.

The 212 hitmaker is addicted to controversial outbursts, and the number of people she’s picked fights with is quite staggering.

Beyonce, Eminem, Pharrell, Skai Jackson, Rita Ora and Action Bronson have all incurred the star’s foul mouth.

But is Banks a brave truth-teller or a relentless troll?

Here at Daily Star online, we take a look at the 29-year-old singer’s biggest-ever controversies, with Zayn Malik, Lily Allen, Rihanna, Sarah Palin, Nicki Minaj and even former US president Barak Obama on her hit-list.

Zayn Malik

The outspoken rapper found herself suspended from Twitter in May 2016 after insinuating Zayn of stealing her work and branding him a “curry scented b***h”.

Former One Direction star Zayn snapped back and tweeted in response: “My @’s too good for you. No lies….I see you reaching but I don’t care.”

An angry Banks then tore into Zayn with a string of racist and homophobic insults

"U.S.A IS ABOUT TO TEACH YOU WHO NOT TO F— WITH!!" slammed Azealia at the time. "When your entire extended family has been obliterated by good ol the U.S of A will you still be trying to act like a white boy pretending to be black?

“Do you understand that you are a sand n**** who emulates white boys' renditions of black male hood? Do you know how lost and culture less you are?"

"Lol u a b***h n***a for even responding like that. Keep sucking this yung rapunxel d**k u hairy curry scented b***h."

Azealia issued an apology to Zayn in October of the same year as her brutal insults.

Lily Allen

Azealia then called Lily’s then-husband Sam Cooper “ugly” in 2013.

Not content with that insult, she went a step further by insulting her children and accused her of being addicted to cocaine.

"[Lily] can't talk though. Not when I met her coked up at yoyo… And NOT with that ugly husband she has,” barked Azealia.

She added: “Your husband looks like a thumb.”

And angry Lily hit back and snapped: "I've had 2 kids since 212 dropped and i bet my my album still comes out 1st. B***h is scared of the ball. OUT."

"Not even gonna @ her but if she wants to talk about weak, I'm sure her record sales to date should suffice. One hit wonder," replied Lily. "And my husband? Don't go there b***h. Or your totally unnecessary security detail may actually have something to worry about #wannabe … Ps we all need thumbs."

Azealia responded by angrily berating the singer: "LOL ill be a one hit wonder but you have ugly children and a coke habit….. Shhhhhhh. #SHUTUP".

Lily responded by tweeting a photo of some roast beef, a nudge at her Twitter beef with the rapper.

The rapper decided to have a pop at Rihanna, calling into question the singer’s immigration status and slamming her tweets which criticised then president Donald Trump over his executive order to ban citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.

"As far as Rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down,” penned Azealia.

Rihanna subtly replied to Banks’ attack with a kissy-face selfie on Instagram.

“The face you make when you a immigrant,” she wrote in the caption.

Rihanna also referenced Banks’ alleged sacrificing of live chickens using the hashtags #stayawayfromthechickens, #iheartnuggets and #saveourhens.

Sarah Palin

She was forced to apologise to the former governor of Alaska for a string of alarming offensive tweets in which she said ‘Sarah Palin should be gang-r***d and have it posted on the internet’.

After reading a satirical story that falsely quoted Palin for saying “I’m telling you, I’ve been saying it for years, but nobody’s listening – slavery wasn’t forced onto African-Americans, they accepted it willingly”, Azealia didn’t waste any time on going on a vicious verbal attack.

“Honestly….let’s find the biggest burliest blackest n*****s and let them run a train on her,” slammed Azealia. “Film it and put it on worldstar.”

In another she wrote; “Hideous. At least suk a n**** d*** or summ’ before you start talking s*** about "black people willingly accepting slavery." Least she can do.”

She deleted the tweets but Palin saw them and accused the star of “not exercising enough intelligence” and threatened to sue her.

Nicki Minaj

  • Azealia Banks stuns with bizarre topless Twitter clip exposing EVERYTHING

It was battle of the rappers as Banks launched a scathing attack on Nicki Minaj for collaborating with American pop star Dojo Cat.

The outspoken rapper blasted: “Another thing that I find f***ing funny, Nicki, is for all the f***ing mouth you have for Cardi B for talking s*** about black women, now you quiet because you got your little number one with this white bi***.”

“You a p***y a** b**** for that. You should've got right on that Queen Radio and you put that bitch down in the ground where the f*** she belongs.

“Now I’m looking back at it, you was just jealous of Cardi. You was just jealous because she's got more swag than you.

“All that s*** you talk about female rap and female this and female that, look at you selling out, keeping quiet.”

Azealia later apologised to Nicky for the “catty” things she’s said “to and about her”.

Barack Obama

Shocks again when she opens up about her feelings for the then US president, describing him as “so fine”.

She told Billboard: "He's so fine. Those big-a** white teeth and ears hanging off his head?

"I'm like, 'Oh my god, I want to f*** the president."

She later tweeted that this quote was all a joke.

"Omg I was totally just joking and being silly in billboard about the prez I wasn't actually being forreal," wrote Banks.

"Here's to hoping they put some of the really insightful things I said in and not just the jokes."
