Clearly smitten, the 40-year-old beauty took to Instagram stories this week to share a shirtless snap of her new flame.
In the black-and-white shot, Lewis could be seen looking down at his phone in bed.
Letting her feelings be known, Caroline drew a hot pink love heart over the sweet night-time snap.
The lovebirds made their social media debut back in August, confirming their loved-up relationship status.

Once filming for the latest season of Love Island wrapped this summer, the sweethearts jetted off to Ibiza together for some alone time.
The tennis pro was also by her side at her fortieth birthday celebrations in London last month, along with celeb pals like Strictly 's Ashley Roberts and Janette Manrara.
With filming for the winter season of Love Island right around the corner, the couple is clearly trying to spend as much time together as possible.

Come January, Caroline will be setting sail for South Africa, as a brand-new batch of singletons arrives at the infamous villa.
Having checked out the film-site earlier this year, she told her followers: "So we've just landed in Cape Town."
"We're here to film the advert for Love Island season six. We're not really sure what to expect, because we're not used to filming for Love Island during the winter."
