Eamonn Holmes has left plenty of his fans gobsmacked as he shared a health update straight from a boxing ring.
The 63-year-old has faced a chronic health battle in recent months and had to undergo life-threatening surgery to correct his problems.
However, weeks after his operation, Eamonn broke his shoulder after he tumbled down the stairs at his home.

Then in February, he was spotted using a wheelchair as he arrived at Wembley Stadium for a football match.
But now, the former This Morning host is back at work and on TV screens as he recovers from his health setbacks.
And as part of his ongoing recovery, Eamonn has embarked on several fitness sessions – including a workout in the boxing ring.
Taking to his Instagram on Monday (March 13) the TV presenter uploaded a snap of him sparring with a trainer.
For his workout session, Eamonn looked the part – wearing all-black gym gear and a pair of cream boxing gloves.
He captioned the snap: "Today it was boxing to build balance and core strength. Road to recovery."
It didn’t take long for his loyal followers to share their support – and even his wife Ruth Langsford was quick to comment.
“Go rocky,” the TV presenter gushed.
One fan penned: “Well done Eamonn, I know it’s hard but keep it up!"
“Had to look twice, thought it was Fury. Well done Eamonn. You will get there,” proclaimed someone else.
A third fan added: “I’m impressed Mr Holmes look how svelte and fit you are looking.”
“Looking better than ever, keep it up,” said another follower.
A fifth agreed: “You look good Eamonn, good luck in your continued recovery.”
Earlier this week, Eamonn uploaded a snap of himself training inside a gym.
“Training with my eyes closed. It’s all about regaining my balance. Hard work made harder balancing on one leg,” he wrote in the caption.
In January, Eamonn opened up about turning to oxygen therapy to help him recover from his health horrors.
The TV host could have been killed when one of his legs gave way sending him down a staircase after he recovered from surgery on a slipped disc in his bad back.
Eamonn, 63, broke his shoulder in the tumble and spent a week in hospital and six weeks in a private rehab centre after yet another operation.
He said at the time: There’s no connection between my waist and my legs so I need a frame, crutches or a wheelchair to get around.
“The knee can give in any time."
He added: "It’s early days but I think it’s helping. I would give anything just to be able to walk my dog or play a round of golf.”
