Captain Marvel is heading to Disneyland Paris to kick off Marvel Season of Super Heroes.
The event, which started last year, will take place in between the release of two much anticipated movies: Marvel Studios Captain Marvel and Marvel Studios Avengers: Endgame.
Groot will also be joining the epic line-up of heroes this year.
Disneyland Paris unveiled a new visual featuring many of Marvel Super Heroes that guests will be able to admire and interact with at the Walt Disney Studios Park until June 16, 2019.
Guests can meet Captain Marvel and Groot as well as Marvel Super Heroes such as Doctor Strange, Scarlett Witch, Spider-Man, Loki, Thor, Black Widow, Black Panther, Captain America, Gamora, Nebula and Star-Lord.
Hot off the heels of her movie, Captain Marvel will make her first appearance at Walt Disney Studios Park during Stark Expo: Make Way for a Better Tomorrow.
In the show Tony Stark presents the latest version of his revolutionary invention – an ‘Arc Reactor’ that generates green energy – under the watch of Black Widow.
Guests are told to be "beware of the mischievous Loki" as they join Spider-Man and Thor in their mission to fight Loki. The event takes place at the foot of the Hollywood Tower Hotel several times a day.
Marvel: Super Heroes United
Marvel: Super Heroes United sees the team fight against Thanos. The 20-minute stage show with special effects brings together the main figures from the Marvel Universe – including Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Spider-Man – with a focus on the themes of origins, duality and unity.
The event takes place at Studios Theatre.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome dance-off
The Guardians ask guests to help in their groovy escape mission. This year, Groot will be part of the team.
The show will take place several times a day in the Production Courtyard.
For the very first time, guests will have the chance to meet Captain Marvel.
Guests can also prepare for their next mission, learning from the best during an encounter with Captain America himself. Spider-Man will also be present at the Walt Disney Studios Park.
