THE New York hotel where the Duchess of Sussex held her "secret" baby shower earlier this year has launched an incredible Christmas package for penthouse suite.
But if you want to enjoy the festive season like the rich and famous, you'll need a staggering $250,000 (£190,316) for the three day break.
The Mark Hotel, which brands itself as New York's "most boldly lavish hotel", has said that its jaw-droppingly expensive package brings together the best of the "iconic holiday traditions".
The price includes a three-night stay in the 12,000 sq ft penthouse suite, which is the biggest hotel suite in the entire United States according to the hotel.
One night in the suite can go for up to $75,000 (£57,104).
The two-floor suite is also where Meghan Markle's baby shower was hosted, and has been dubbed "a castle in the sky" by its French designer Jacques Grange.
There are just five bedrooms but eight bathrooms and a living room with 26-ft ceiling, as well as conservatory and library lounge.
The penthouse suite is said to be the biggest in the US
But the spacious accommodation is far from the only thing you'll get in a city that's notorious for cramped lodgings.
You will also get exclusive use of its 2,400 sq ft penthouse terrace.
In fact, the terrace has been transformed into a private ice rink where you can skate to your heart's content while enjoying views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.
You'll want to host a dinner party in the stately dining room of course, because a four-course holiday feast created by the hotel's Michelin-starred chef Jean Georges Vongerichten is included in the package.
Cristal champagne and Imperial Gold Osetra caviar will come as standard.
And don't even worry about the calories – personal training classes are available if you want it.
Before dinner, why not enjoy a private concert by a Juilliard-trained pianist? It's included.
And afterwards, you can enjoy a private performance of The Nutcracker in the Great Room of the penthouse, or head over to the VIP box at Lincoln Center.
If you decide to head out for the show, make sure you take advantage of the beauty services offered before you go, including hair, makeup and manicures and pedicures.
You can even enjoy a massage from you personal masseuse.
Luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman will be open after hours for your own private shopping spree, so you'll have the perfect outfit as well.
The kids are not forgotten.
They can enjoy a private screening of a classic film, or even an unreleased Hollywood blockbuster, all while tucking into popcorn, sweets and s'mores created by Jean Georges.
There's a Christmassy play room from toy specialists FAO Schwarz that's packed with toys and games – and your kids can even take them home.
If there aren't enough goodies, you could head there for a private shopping experience as well.
A dedicated driver and butler come as standard, but you can also get a nanny and even Santa just for the kids.
There is only one good way to arrive for your penthouse Christmas holiday – by helicopter.
And to make those memories last, fashion photographer Alexei Hay will be on hand to capture your family portrait.
