Adrienne Quintal, mom who vanished from cabin, made desperate call about shootout

A Michigan mom who went missing from a cabin in the woods last month made a desperate phone call before she vanished, claiming that she was involved in a shootout with two men, according to a report.

Adrienne “Ada” Quintal, 47, was reported missing Oct. 17 after calling for help from her family’s cabin in Honor, around 130 miles north of Grand Rapids, reported.

The single mom told family members around 2:34 a.m. that two men were outside the cabin shooting while she was indoors. She claimed she’d shot one of the men in the face while the other shot her, according to the Detroit Free Press.
