A car full of goons hurled anti-Semitic remarks at two teens who were walking through Borough Park in Brooklyn over the weekend, according to police.
The 13-year-old and 16-year-old boys, dressed in traditional Orthodox Jewish garb, were walking along 51st Street and 12th Avenue between 1 a.m and 1:30 a.m Saturday morning when they heard the people shouting, “Allahu Akbar!” and, “Do you know Hitler? We love him he did a good job!” before driving off, police reported.
The teens told cops there were approximately four people in the car, although the number is unconfirmed, police reported.
The incident is being handled by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force, cops said.
It comes just weeks after the NYPD reported an 82 percent uptick in anti-Semitic hate crimes in New York City this year. Three days later, an Orthodox Jewish man was punched in the head by a stranger on the streets of the same neighborhood.
