Arnold Schwarzenegger 'in bad car accident as SUV rolls over onto Prius' in wild crash 'that left one person injured'

ARNOLD Schwarzenegger was involved in a car accident on Friday as his SUV reportedly rolled over in a wild crash that left "one person injured."

The 74-year-old former bodybuilder was in a Yukon SUV when it crashed with a red Prius at approximately 5pm PT in Brentwood, California, TMZ first reported.

Arnold's SUV apparently ended up up on top of the Prius and then rolled into a Porsche Cayenne.

Los Angeles police said a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Friday afternoon in Brentwood and confirmed one person had minor injuries, according to KABC-TV.

Four cars were involved in the accident, which took place on Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue at around 4.15pm, police said.

The driver of the Prius, a woman, was injured and "bleeding heavily from her head," TMZ reported.

However, ABC7 learned that the person who was hurt was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

The Prius driver was trying to make a U-turn on Sunset Boulevard when the collision occurred, according to the report.

An eyewitness said the crash, which reportedly occurred about a mile from Arnold's home, "looked like a stunt in a movie."

Arnold, who was the 38th governor of California from 2003 to 2011, was seen in photos obtained by TMZ speaking to people at the scene.

TMZ was told that Arnold was doing well after the crash and was worried about the injured driver.

A source told the news outlet that Arnold was trying to personally check up on the hurt woman.

American actor and fitness personality Jake Steinfeld seemed to be at the scene at the time the crash occurred.

One photo shared by TMZ showed Steinfeld standing by Arnold near the crashed cars, both of whom are said to be "close friends."

It is not yet clear whether Arnold or someone else was driving the SUV.

Police said the crash doesn't seem to involve any form of DUI and no arrests were made, according to KABC.

The incident comes more than a decade after Arnold was sent to the hospital to receive 15 stitches in his lip after a motorcycle accident.

Back in 2006, the Terminator was riding his Harley-Davidson when he was involved in a minor crash, SFGATE reported.

Arnold was riding his motorcycle with his then-12-year-old in a sidecar, according to LAPD Officer Jason Lee.

Lee said Arnold wasn't able to stop his motorcycle in time when a vehicle backed out of a driveway.

Both Arnold and his son suffered only cuts and bruises and the driver of the other vehicle was unharmed, Lee said.

Lee called the accident a "minor traffic collision" and a "relatively low-speed collision."
