The incident happened at the Tanit building, the same building a 26-year-old Brit named as Callum Marriott, from Clipstone, Notts, died at in August last year after plunging onto the floor of an inside patio from the fourth-floor.

Callum had just enjoyed his last night out on the holiday island with friends and was due to catch a plane home later the same day.

As well as a head wound, the latest plunge victim is believed to have suffered multiple body injuries.

Three Brits have died already this summer after plunging from the same building – Eden Roc – in Magaluf on the neighbouring island of Majorca.

Two of the deaths have been linked to safety flaws at the building.

The Ibiza Rocks Hotel plays home to all the Ibiza Rocks events and refers to itself as the ‘home of the pool party’ and Ibiza’s number one party hotel.

Popular parties include Craig David’s TS5 pool party.

The hotel declined to comment today. A receptionist said: ‘We can’t give out any information.’
