Donald Trump calls Prince Charles 'the Prince of Whales'

Donald Trump raised eyebrows after branding Prince Charles ‘the Prince of Whales.’

The President of the United States referred to the British royal as a mammal – rather than the country of Wales – in a tweet posted Thursday.

Trump wrote: ‘I meet and talk to “foreign governments” every day.

‘I just met with the Queen of England (UK), the Prince of Whales, the PM of the United Kingdom, the PM of Ireland, the President of France and the President of Poland.

‘We talked about “Everything!”

‘Should I immediately call the FBI about these calls and meetings? How ridiculous!

‘I would never be trusted again. With that being said, my full answer is rarely played by the Fake News Media. They purposely leave out the part that matters.’

Trump’s tweet was in reference to an interview he gave ABC News screened Wednesday night.

The President said he wouldn’t necessarily alert the FBI if a foreign government offered him damaging information on a rival in the 2020 presidential election.

Failure to report attempted interference in a US election is a federal offense.
