The doorman who sneaked into the luxury apartment of DJ Nicole Rose Stillings and masturbated on her couch got a slap on the wrist for the disturbing incident.
Ronald Yagual pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal trespass Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court and was sentenced to a conditional discharge, which means he will serve no jail time or probation.
It’s unclear why prosecutors extended the generous plea offer. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office declined to comment.
Stillings exclusively told The Post in August how she caught Yagual pleasuring himself in her living room May 23 inside her luxury Flatiron District apartment.
She was on a flight to Bali when she happened to remotely log in to her Nest security system and watched a live video feed of Yagual snatching a bottle of Smartwater from her fridge, strolling over to her sofa and gratifying himself.
“He walks over to my couch, does his business,” Stillings, who owns headphone company Rosé Rockers, said in a previous interview. “I have actually had nightmares about this.”
Stillings reported the creepy conduct to her building and filed a police report.
Yagual was arrested in July and charged with second-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony, petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass.
Stillings attorney, Philip Russell, didn’t immediately return a request for comment. Yagual couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
