Family appeal for help to find missing British girl, 11, after she disappears while on holiday in Cyprus

  • Phoebe Collorick was last seen in the north of the island yesterday
  • The youngster was wearing black jeans, a hoodie and check shoes 
  • Family members are appealing for help on social media 

A British girl, 11, has vanished during a family holiday in Cyprus. 

Phoebe Collorick was last seen in Agios Epiktitos, a village on the north of the island, on Tuesday at around 6.40pm. She was wearing black jeans, a hoodie with a white logo, and black and white check shoes.

Local police and the British High Commission have appealed for help from anyone with information about her whereabouts. 

Family members are also asking for help on social media. 

‘Let’s get this around all of Cyprus,’ her grandmother Mary Woreham pleaded on Facebook this morning. ‘She may be trying to hitch a lift.’ 

In a post on Facebook, Phoebe’s mother Laura Collorick said: ‘She is 11 years old but looks 16.’

Phoebe’s mother Laura added: ‘She is 11 years old but looks 16.’

Sources claim the youngster was holidaying with her granddad and that she may be trying to hitch a lift or catch a local minibus.
