Tigerair passengers were left stranded at an airport for 25 hours after two separate technical faults were found on one of the planes.
The frustration began for travellers when they boarded the flight at 5.20pm on Tuesday before being told to disembark due to a fault.
The flight, traveling from Adelaide to Sydney, was repeatedly delayed throughout the night before it was finally cancelled at 11pm.

Customers were told to return at 10am on Wednesday morning, but again the plane failed to depart.

She said most customers had chosen not to get on the flight due to safety concerns.
The mother-of-two, who was on holidays from the UK, said the experience had ruined her trip.

‘I’ve got two kids, we’ve got nowhere to stay and they’re not putting us on another flight, they’re not giving us any compensation.
‘We’re literally trapped on this flight.’
A Tigerair spokeswoman told PerthNow the second cancellation was due to an unrelated issue.
‘Cancelling flights is never our preference and we sincerely apologise to affected customers for the inconvenience this has caused to their travel plans,’ she said.
‘All affected passengers were offered a free of charge transfer to another flight, refund or travel credit.’
